Eramuslim – 30 Maret 2016, ribuan warga Palestina turun ke jalan-jalan di wilayah Tepi Barat untuk memperingati 40 tahun Hari Bumi Palestina, sebagai bentuk perjuangan melawan diskriminasi dan perampasan tanah Palestina oleh penjajah Zionis Israel.

Sejak pagi hari, ribuan warga Palestina dari yang tua, muda, anak-anak, laki-laki dan perempuan telah berkumpul di kota Ramallah dan Nablus sebagai titik tolak berlangsungnya pawai peringatan Hari Bumi 2016.

Akan tetapi aksi damai yang digelar harus berakhir ricuh setelah tentara Zionis Israel yang telah berjaga untuk menghentikan aksi pawai Hari Bumi 2016 menembaki kerumunan massa yang bertolak ke sejumlah perbatasan Palestina-Israel.

Hingga berita ini diturunkan belum ada pernyataan resmi dari Kementerian Kesehatan Palestina mengenai jumlah korban cedera dalam benterokan yang terjadi sepanjang hari Rabu kemarin. (Skynewsarabia/Ram)
